Internship
Are you a junior or senior in college? What about a graduate student working on a master’s degree? Great Wall China Adoption and Children of All Nations offers internships to students who are studying in various fields. Interns work with our outreach and marketing team, international adoption team, international student exchange team, case managers, waiting child counselors, and referral teams to receive hands-on experience. This is incredibly beneficial for students interested in pursuing careers in child and family development, psychology, social work, sociology, counseling, communications, marketing, and business.
**Note: These internships are unpaid. If you’re interested, please submit a cover letter, resume, and availability to: diedra@gwca.org
What our interns have to say about their experience with GWCA/CAN:
Volunteer/Adoption Advocate
Do you have a passion for adoption? Great Wall China Adoption and Children of All Nations (CAN) is always looking for community members and adoptive parents to be volunteers/advocates for adoption! Volunteers and advocates may host webinars to educate potential families about the adoption process, advocate for waiting children in your community and blogs, plan mini-adoption events in your area, and much more!
**We are currently looking for GWCA/CAN families that have adopted a special needs child and would like to be a mentor to families needing additional support. If interested, contact postadoptionteam@gwca.org today!
